The community service committee will be responsible for making purchases and submitting expense accounts to the district representation. Expense accounts will be delivered to the participating clubs, Rotary district representation in Venezuela, and district clubs to ensure the transparency of the project.

Communication of progress:

A Facebook website will be created on the progress of the project. Where the participating clubs and people are named. Next to a photo. to motivate more people to be part of the project …… It will also be broadcast on the social networks of district 4380. Quarterly reports will be sent to the participating clubs.

We will create Videos and photos of the Project process to show the world the impact that we can give in Rotaract. Giving help to those who need it most and giving smiles is our best reward. As more clubs around the world join, more children will be able to go to school to learn and we will help them to alleviate their burden. Education is necessary and we should never forget that youth is the future of tomorrow.
